About Venture Homes
Venture Homes is a North Carolina Limited Partnership under the guidance of its founder, John Lancaster. With a deep passion for homebuilding, John embarked on land development and residential construction ventures in the Raleigh region back in 1997. Over the years, he successfully established and developed more than 30 single-family and multi-family subdivisions. Expanding his reach, John ventured into construction in the Wilmington area. In the past 6 years, he has built over 70 residences within the esteemed Landfall community. As Venture Homes looks ahead, their focus remains on creating exceptional custom homes while pursuing further growth and development opportunities.

Let’s Get Building
John, Austin, Eddie, and Letty personally work with you at every stage in the building process from the beginning until the day you move in. They also offer a one-year warranty and follow up with you after 90 and 120 days to make sure your home is exactly as it should be.
