PROACTIVE Real Estate Launches Custom Online Learning Platform

PROACTIVE Real Estate has launched The PROACTIVE Educational Institute, a comprehensive online Learning Management System (LMS) for sales associates and managers. The program is a custom version of Institute, LeadingRE’s online education platform available exclusively to affiliates of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
The system allows PROACTIVE to create courses complete with instructional videos, tests and supporting documents in a company-branded online platform. These custom courses compliment an expansive course catalog of over 350 courses produced by LeadingRE.
Students can access programs on sales, marketing, technology and relocation and follow self-guided curriculums to completion. Courses for leaders include topics such as recruiting, business development, culture and staff development, leadership and referrals and relocation.
