Meet Kevin Woody, a real estate executive whose career is as vibrant and dynamic as the coastal communities he serves. With over 30 years in the industry, Kevin has worn many hats—agent, brokerage owner, franchise leader—and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer at PROACTIVE Real Estate in Brunswick County, North Carolina. 

Kevin’s journey began in the Raleigh market, where he honed his skills in residential sales and office management. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found go Realty, a firm known for its innovative approach and agent-centric culture. His leadership prowess didn’t go unnoticed; he later took on leadership roles at Anywhere, Keller Williams, Chappell, and Compass. 

Throughout his career, Kevin has supervised over $1 billion in residential real estate transactions, a testament to his expertise and dedication. Beyond the numbers, it’s his authenticity and curiosity that set him apart. He believes in the power of relationships and the importance of continuous learning, often drawing inspiration from a favorite motto: “I will persist until I succeed. Small steps, repeated, will complete any undertaking” 

When he’s not closing deals or mentoring agents, Kevin is often swimming, practicing yoga or listening to another book while walking Oak Island. He’s fortunate to enjoy the support of his wife, five children, and eleven grandkids.  He goes to work to influence people and help them discover and pursue living life to the full.

Now based in Brunswick County, Kevin is channeling his vast experience into leading PROACTIVE Real Estate, working to shape the present and future of real estate in one of America’s fastest-growing counties . With a blend of strategic vision and heartfelt commitment, Kevin Woody continues to build careers in the real estate industry.
