Jackie Beaulieu

Hi, I’m Jackie Beaulieu, nice to “meet” you!  I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2003, upon graduating from Cornell University.  I grew up in Yonkers, New York, but lived in Manhattan for over 15 years before I moved to Oak Island, NC in 2019.  I’ve been buying and selling real estate for over 2 decades, personally and professionally, and I would love to help you, too!  

In 2023 I sold over $3M, with an average sales price of $772K.  Whether it is for your first or second home, investment property, or your dream home, my passion for real estate and helping people is something that has allowed my business to grow through my network and referrals.  My honesty, communication and work ethic are what set me apart and makes me a great REALTOR^®.  

In my downtime, I love walking my American Bulldog and Great Dane rescues on the beach, traveling, playing pool and listening to music.  I am bilingual, my second language is Spanish. I can’t wait to help you with your needs, and celebrate with you on Closing Day!
