I am a true "local carolina girl" having grown up in Myrtle Beach, SC and my family has had a residence at Holden Beach, NC since 1968, affording me with a huge knowledge base with experience in both SC and NC real estate markets.

After a career in economic, community and workforce development, I began a second career in 2012 in real estate.  Before my real estate career, I was the Director of the Regional Center for Economic, Community and Professional Development at the University of NC at Pembroke.  I have a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership & Management and am a licensed Realtor in North and South Carolina.  I have completed numerous educational designations for real estate to include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Strategic Pricing Specialist and Certified Property Expert (CPE).  I have also completed National Association of Realtors Commitment to Excellence program (C2EX).
